New and Pending Medicaid Demonstration Project Proposals Submitted in June 1995

The Department of Health and Human Services has published a notice listing new proposals for Medicaid demonstration projects submitted in June 1995, as well as those that were approved, disapproved, pending, or withdrawn during that time period. The notice also includes a previously submitted proposal that was inadvertently omitted from the initial publication.
