National Priorities List for Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Sites, Proposed Rule No. 19

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to add 12 new sites to the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of hazardous waste sites in the United States, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA). The proposal also includes the withdrawal of a previously proposed site, the Broward County, 21st Manor Dump Site, based on a risk assessment.
