EPA Publishes Notice for Public Comment on Debarment and Suspension System of Records

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on a system of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, which includes the Debarment and Suspension Files. This system will be subject to the agency's internal procedures for managing and protecting sensitive information.
