National Futures Association to Receive and Process Exchange Disciplinary Action Information

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is delegating to the National Futures Association the duty to receive and process exchange disciplinary and access denial action information, as part of efforts to reduce regulatory reporting burden and leverage electronic media technology.
