Office of Personnel Management Issues Interim Regulations to Redefine Guaynabo-San Juan, Puerto Rico, Nonappropriated Fund Wage Area

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing interim regulations to redefine the Guaynabo-San Juan, Puerto Rico, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage area by adding Salinas Municipality as an area of application for pay-setting purposes, without affecting any employee's wage rate.
