Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation Seeks EPA Approval for Underground Injection Control Program

The Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation has submitted a request to the EPA for primary enforcement responsibility for the Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program for Class II injection wells, and the public is invited to provide comments and attend a public hearing.
