MMS Extends Public Comment Period for Oil and Gas, Coal Valuation Regulations

The Minerals Management Service is extending the public comment period for two proposed rulemakings related to oil and gas transportation and processing allowances and coal washing and transportation allowances, originally set to end on October 20, 1995.
