Montana Department of Environmental Quality and Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Golden Sunlight Mine

Following a state court decision and revised mining plan, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and Bureau of Land Management will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Golden Sunlight Mine, located approximately 30 miles east of Butte, Montana.
