HUD Corrects Interim Rule on Sale of HUD-Held Single Family Mortgages

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has corrected an interim rule from 1995 that incorrectly listed ineligible bidders for the sale of HUD-held single family mortgages, excluding only those individuals or entities debarred from doing business with HUD.
