Muncie and Western Railroad Company Abandonment Exemption in Delaware County, IN

The US Commission has granted an exemption to Muncie and Western Railroad Company to abandon its 3.72-mile railroad line within the Macedonia industrial site in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana, without prior approval, as allowed by 49 U.S.C. 10505.
