Gray Portland Cement and Clinker From Japan; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of antidumping duties on gray portland cement and clinker from Japan, following a request from the Ad Hoc Committee of Southern California Producers of Gray Portland Cement and Onoda Cement Company, Ltd. The review found that Onoda Cement Co., Ltd. sold products below their foreign market value between May 1, 1993, and April 30, 1994, and interested parties can comment on the preliminary results.
