RailTex Acquires Control of Dallas, Garland & Northeastern Railroad, Inc.

RailTex, Inc. has acquired control of Dallas, Garland & Northeastern Railroad, Inc. (DGNO), a class III rail carrier, subject to standard labor protective conditions, as exempted by the Commission under 49 U.S.C. 10505. RailTex already controls 15 class III rail carriers across 20 states, and DGNO was previously leased and operated lines under exemptions from 1992.
