Cantor Financial Futures Exchange Proposes Block Trading Procedures

The Cantor Financial Futures Exchange, Inc. has submitted proposed new rules to the Commission that would allow qualified market participants to negotiate and arrange futures transactions bilaterally, away from the centralized market, for the first time.
