Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement: Rincon Hill Sports and Entertainment Center, San Francisco, California

To comply with requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Postal Service intends to prepare a joint environmental impact report/environmental impact statement (EIR/EIS) for the proposed Rincon Hill Sports and Entertainment Center in San Francisco, California. The public is invited to participate in the project scoping process, to review and comment on the draft EIR/EIS, and to attend public meetings.
