EPA Proposes Full Approval of Tennessee's Operating Permits Program or Interim Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing full approval of the operating permits program submitted by the State of Tennessee on behalf of the Metropolitan Health Department in Nashville-Davidson County, or granting interim approval if certain changes are adopted prior to final promulgation, to comply with federal requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and other sources.
