VA Adjudication Regulations Amendment

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has amended its adjudication regulations to clarify when a VA examination is authorized, aligning with statutory language and caselaw requirements, and ensuring that examinations are only ordered when there is a well-grounded claim for disability compensation and insufficient medical evidence to support a rating.
