Record of Decision (ROD) for Proposed Deep Draft Dredging at Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has made a decision to deepen and widen the channels and basins at the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point in North Carolina to accommodate modern deep-draft vessels, with dredged material to be disposed of at the Wilmington Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site or a confined disposal area at the terminal.
