Reallotment of Funds for FY 1994 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Not Proceeded

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that it will not reallot funds from the FY 1994 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to other grantees due to administrative feasibility concerns, contrary to a preliminary determination made in 1995.
