Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd. Exempted from Prior Approval for Lease and Operation of Norfolk and Western Railway Company's Rail Line

The US Commission has granted Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd. an exemption to operate and lease a 13.9-mile rail line in Iowa without prior approval, subject to standard employee protective conditions, allowing the company to manage the rail line between Des Moines and Grimes, including the Clive Spur, as previously agreed upon.
