Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Property Disposal at Defense Personnel Support Center

The Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission, established by the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990, will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the disposal of property at the Defense Personnel Support Center in Philadelphia, PA, following the expiration of a stipulated period for Congress to disapprove the commission's recommendations, which were approved by the President in July 1993 and became law in October 1993.
