Commodity Futures Trading Commission Proposes Rulemaking to Clarify Insider Trading Regulation

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to Regulation 1.59, which aims to clarify the definition of 'employee' and the scope of trading prohibitions for self-regulatory organization employees, as well as the application of the regulation to non-paid advisors and paid consultants.
