Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Special Anchorage Areas for 1996 Olympic Games

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish temporary special anchorage areas in various locations along the Savannah River and surrounding waters to accommodate the expected influx of spectator vessels during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.
