Special Local Regulations Adopted for Tall Stacks 1995 Event on Ohio River

The Greater Cincinnati Tall Stacks Commission has implemented a special local regulation to manage vessel traffic near the Tall Stacks 1995 event, which will take place on the Ohio River from October 11-15, 1995, to ensure public safety and minimize disruptions to general navigation.
