Director of Defense Procurement Proposes Amendments to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to provide better access to acquisition planning information, consider the impact of contract administration on past performance evaluations, and clarify the role of contract administration in supporting program offices and buying activities during the precontract phase.
