NMFS Closes Pacific Cod Fishery in Gulf of Alaska

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is shutting down the commercial fishing for Pacific cod in the Gulf of Alaska's Central Regulatory Area, where the fish is processed by inshore vessels, to avoid exceeding the allocated catch limit for this fishery.
