Texaco Natural Gas Inc. Granted Blanket Authorization to Export Natural Gas to Mexico

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy has issued an order allowing Texaco Natural Gas Inc. to export up to 120 billion cubic feet of natural gas to Mexico over a two-year period starting after September 30, 1995.
