Mexican Motor Carriers to Implement North American Free Trade Agreement Provisions

The U.S. Commission will begin processing applications from Mexican motor carriers for operating authority to transport goods across the U.S.-Mexico border, effective December 18, 1995, as part of the second phase of NAFTA.
