DOE Announces Finding of No Significant Impact for Proposed Uranium Storage at Y-12 Plant

The Department of Energy has determined that storing up to 506 metric tons of enriched uranium at the Y-12 Plant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, does not significantly impact the environment, and therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement is not required.
