DOE Releases Final Environmental Impact Statement for Safe Interim Storage of Hanford Tank Wastes

The Department of Energy has made available the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Safe Interim Storage (SIS) of Hanford Tank Wastes, a joint effort with the Washington State Department of Ecology, to inform the public on interim management strategies for continued safe storage of tank wastes.
