Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990 (OWBPA)

EEOC announces the establishment of a Federal Advisory Committee for Negotiated Rulemaking under Title II of the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act of 1990 (the Committee). A Notice of Intent to form the Committee was published in the Federal Register on August 31, 1995, 60 FR 45388.
