Notice of Proposed Purchaser Agreement for Merit Products Superfund Site in Philadelphia, PA, Pursuant to CERCLA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed purchaser agreement for the Merit Products Superfund Site in Philadelphia, PA, which would resolve potential EPA claims against Henshell Corporation, the City of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, and require the Henshell Corporation to pay $3,500 within 30 days and $14,000 after acquiring title to the property.
