OSM Updates Regulations for Surface Mining Operations in Alaska, Colorado, and Utah

The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) is updating the regulations for surface mining operations in Alaska, Colorado, and Utah. Due to an agency reorganization, OSM is changing the addresses for publicly available copies of the states' regulatory programs and AMLR plans, and creating a new section for Colorado AMLR plan approvals to align with OSM's codification practices.
