USIA Announces New Structure for Creative Arts Exchanges Program

The US Information Agency's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs has introduced a new framework for its Creative Arts Exchanges discretionary grant program, which will operate in two categories: a traditional projects program and a discretionary program in partnership with regional arts organizations across the US.
