Housing Counseling Program Awards FY 1995 Funding Decisions

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced funding award winners for its Housing Counseling Program for Fiscal Year 1995, as mandated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development Reform Act of 1989, and made public in accordance with section 102(a)(4)(C) of the Act.
