Iowa Approves State Implementation Plan Revision for Air Quality Standards

The state of Iowa has finalized its revised State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes enhanced requirements for nonattainment areas, compliance, and enforcement, as well as the adoption of EPA definitions, to strengthen its air quality standards.
