Proposed Establishment of Class D Airspace and Amendment of Class E Airspace at Elko Municipal-J.C. Harris Field, Elko, NV

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to create a new Class D airspace and modify existing Class E airspace at Elko Municipal-J.C. Harris Field in Elko, Nevada, due to the development of a GPS Standard Instrument Approach Procedure for Runway 5 and the construction of an Airport Traffic Control Tower.
