EPA Discloses Confidential Business Information to California's Department of Toxic Substances Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted confidential business information to the California Environmental Protection Agency's Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), as required by federal regulations, following a request from the DTSC.
