McDonnell Douglas Model DC-8 Series Airplanes Equipped With Swivel-Type Bogie Beams on the Main Landing Gears to Undergo Inspection and Repair or Modification

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive to inspect and repair or modify certain McDonnell Douglas Model DC-8 series airplanes equipped with swivel-type bogie beams on the main landing gears to prevent stress corrosion failures.
