Idaho Northern & Pacific Railroad Company Exempted from Rail Line Abandonment Requirements

The US Commission has granted Idaho Northern & Pacific Railroad Company an exemption to abandon approximately 83.1 miles of rail line and discontinue trackage rights in Washington and Adams Counties, Idaho, subject to environmental and labor conditions.
