EPA Proposes Approval of Federal Operating Permits Program for California's San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing interim approval for a program submitted by the California Air Resources Board on behalf of the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District to comply with the Clean Air Act's requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources.
