U.S. Department of Commerce Extends Time Limits for Countervailing Duty Reviews

The U.S. Department of Commerce is extending the time limits for preliminary and final results of certain administrative reviews of various countervailing duty orders, as mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930 and the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
