EPA Approves PSD Revisions for Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting regulations for Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming, in line with the Federal PSD regulations. The revisions mainly address the replacement of TSP increments with PM-10 increments and incorporate changes in utility pollution control projects.
