EPA Revises Approval of Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Panther Creek Partners
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising its approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by Pennsylvania, which would have established reasonably available control technology (RACT) for a major nitrogen oxide (NOx) source at Panther Creek Partners in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The EPA received adverse comments on the original approval, which was published on September 8, 1995, and is now amending the decision to address concerns related to Panther Creek Partners.
