Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation Acquires Rail Lines from Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad Company

The Commission has granted an exemption to Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation to acquire 28.35 miles of rail lines from the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad Company, subject to labor protective conditions set forth in a 1979 ICC decision.
