FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposed rule to approve and utilize revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
