National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to Amend Vaccine Injury Table

The Secretary of Health and Human Services proposes to update the Vaccine Injury Table, which determines vaccine-related compensation, to reflect certain illnesses and conditions that can be reasonably linked to specific vaccines, with the changes taking effect for petitions filed after the new regulations are implemented.
