Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development Extends FY 1995 HBCU Program Application Deadline and Provides Clarifications

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development has extended the application deadline for the FY 1995 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Program Units of General Local Government Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to January 12, 1996, and clarified certain terms used in the original NOFA, which was published on September 29, 1995.
