EPA Proposes Settlement for Aluminum Company of America Superfund Site in New York

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for the Aluminum Company of America Superfund Site in Massena, New York, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. The public has an opportunity to comment on the proposed settlement before it becomes effective.
