EPA Proposes Full Approval of Operating Permits Program in Tennessee

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing full approval of the operating permits program submitted by the Knox County Department of Air Pollution Control, which would allow the county to issue permits to major stationary sources and other sources, in compliance with federal regulations.
