EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee Air Pollution Control Program with Conditions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve or grant interim approval of the operating permit program submitted by the State of Tennessee on behalf of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau, subject to certain changes, in order to comply with federal requirements.
